What I'm liking at this point is that this game is not on TV and I happen to have a meeting that starts at 7pm that i have to be at. Not going to miss a game!

I paid $89.00 for the year for just the Blazers. That is the lowest I have paid in a while

League Pass is only $99 for the season right now.
Does Team Pass include NBA TV games? I assume Team Pass does not include TNT games, which League pass doesn't include. League Pass also doesn't include NBA TV games, though you can pay extra for them.

It looks like the best way to get Blazer games is to subscribe to League Pass with a country besides the USA or Canada to avoid national TV (like TNT ) blackouts.
