Some assistance, please

How much, if at all, does it benefit Portland to come to a verbal agreement with Ant and Nurk, assuming they want both back, but hold off signing them until they add other free agents?
None

Jake emptied the clip.

Dame extension.
Nurk 68 mil
Ant 80 mil
Thybulle interest

Immediately following the Knicks offer to Jalen, Dallas offers $80/4 to Ant.
no problem as we would easily match and I'd be fine with Ant at that pay scale. Also would Dallas evenhave enough cap for that? I am not sure but don't think they would even with Brunson leaving

If those are 4 year deals with 8% raises for Nurk and Ant, that would mean only a $33M combined expense for those two for the 22-23 season.

That's a win.
massive win. Cronin redeeming himself.

Ant especially, because the guys in his realm (Poole/Brunson/Sexton/Herro) will all get more than him.

I don’t think there’s any chance sexton gets >20million. But I agree with the rest.

What's your math on that? I'm seeing the following:
68M = 15.2 - 16.4 - 17.6 - 18.8
80M = 17.9 - 19.3 - 20.7 - 22.1

4/80 for Anfernee. Incentives may increase that, but this is the base number.

As an aside, I flipped the radio on yesterday and heard Dan Marang predict that the Blazers were going to re-sign Ingles to a contract in the 12-15M range.

Am I wrong that that's one of the most ridiculous Blazers-related takes ever postulated by a local purported media member?

Seems a little high, I would think somewhere around 10. I think it's primarily as a trade chip.

Basically punt the Bledsoe expiring down the road to keep that salary slot. I guess it depends if they can flip Bledsoe for a significant salary piece before that happens.

No. Think about it, we dont have many "mid level" (10-15M) contracts that we could potentially use in a deadline trade. The only one is Hart. Fischer says multiple teams are interested in Ingles. If hes already jogging in June, I like the odds of him being ready sometime before the new year. We dont have anyone with his skill set. He knows how to play with a score first guard. I've said all along that I want him to come back.

Yes your way wrong, not because it's a good take, but your saying ever for Portland media.

Take Eubanks everyday , and twice on Sunday, over Bobby Bouche. Harkless motor. Like Harkless, he will have a wow game, then go missing for a week. PASS!
