If I'm Dame, and the whole FO has just sold me tanking for a year because of a pick that will help us compete now, and then we end up USING that pick on a project that may be good in 2-3 years, I'd be pretty peeved.

Things can always change. But yeah, I'd be peeved at this moment.

For all we know Dame said his pick was Sharpe. He wanted us to pick Donovan Mitchell but got ignored in that draft.

I just can't get passed that he went to Kentucky and just chose not to play.

I just have doubts. And I know that you have to take swings at 7 and there will be doubts... And I love that he took a risk. But this feels bigger than doubt.

But I'll wait and see what he can do. PLEASE make me wrong. I really, really, don't want to be "right". And I'm an idiot and my "right" is mostly ignorant lol.

I have to imagine he's getting fed stuff from people that are connected to agents and whatnot. His co-host was absolutely giddy about Sharpe until he (Marang) showed him the texts. Have to imagine these people have some cache because of things that have happened in the past. Course things can change, but pretty likely scenario that Dame's camp is pretty disappointed at the moment.

Can you tell me why he didn't play in college? Seems a little alarming.

he literally lied about Ant's height and made that into an entire segment on his show. You should get @hoopsjock 's views on that guy.

That's an open admission that they fucked up last offseason. They should have tried for a superstar not overpaid all of their free agents.
