Scoot was gonna go number 3 in the draft no matter who had the pick imo. It’s Game 3. I’ll call him a bust if this is still happening in December.

Still got time for them to get McNuggets that everyone can pay $2 for.

No Billups is a fucking moron and has been doing it all game.
Just trying something different I guess?
Didn’t seem to work well. He just ran back and forth on the court looking at Brogdon run the offense.

Doesn’t the worst record basically never win the lottery? We need to win a few games somehow.

surely the worst team is overdue, but knowing our luck will get that Detroit treatment and get the 5th overall pick

Positives: Sharpe continues to show he could become one hell of a player. Camara continues to show he is smart, he hustles, he's tough and he has some skills. I thought Ayton played decent defense on Embid at the beginning of the game and I thought he was working harder on setting good screens.
Every game that goes by with no indication that Billups is trying to give Ayton a role in the offense, much less try to make our most efficient shooter a focal point, just makes me really doubt Billups' competence. I really wanted to give him more of a chance but feeling discouraged.,

This team shouldn’t look THIS bad. We have more talent than this.

I think we really just are this bad. Grant is a chucker, Ayton isn’t getting the touches which is on billups, scoot has been extremely underwhelming this far. Only bright spot is sharpe looks like he can take the league by storm eventually, this is definitely his team.

after a Blazers timeout in the 3rd quarter mauling, the coaching staff had a look of concern... "are we going to get fired for this?"

well, right now it looks like Scoot is about 2 years away from being 1 year away. I thought the people predicting he'd average 15-16 points and 7-8 assists this year were being pretty unrealistic, but I wasn't really sure because of not having seen Scoot go against real NBA teams when it counted. Now that I have it's not encouraging.

We are 3 games in.

We are 3 games in.

"well, right now..."

I know it's 3 games in which is why I qualified what I said with the above. I also know what I've seen so far. And I've been watching the NBA for 50 years

I expected some rough patches for Scoot. I also expected some flashes of high potential. There's been plenty of the rough and none of the high. Sure, that could change tomorrow night; I'm hoping it does. And by the way, I'm not one of those calling Scoot a bust.

Chauncy doesn't even look like he wants to be here. Maybe that's just his personality, but he doesn't look engaged. He sorta has that "I don't care if I get fired" look. I don't like that he's the one at the reigns with this young team.

We're an exhibition team everyone is going to love playing because it's an easy win.

The four teams with the worst record all have the same chance of winning the lottery now. Spurs won it last year being one of those four.

Im hoping that eventually Scoot will put together a good game and he'll start not sucking.

The Sixers blocked the Blazers 17 times.
is that some sort of record ??
get that weak stuff outta here
