“Squeaked”? Niners would have blown it out early but Purdy missed some easy throws to open receivers and settled for FG’s.

That being said, as much as I HATE the Seachickens, hats off to them. They played aggressive and solid football for a half. They exceeded all expectations on the season (at least outside of their organization). They have a bunch of solid picks coming into play and could draft solid players and/or make some deals with said picks. They’ll be back. And they could be back into contention faster than expected.

I have had a love/hate relationship with Geno since he came into the league, but he seems to have put it together, though I have to say, when I’ve watched him against SF, he had some costly plays in every game (but that’s to be expected from most QB’s).

The way that they blew up the team with Harbaugh made it really hard for me to get back into it. I liked the team in 2019 but I love this teams style.
