So with a minute left and down 6 Chauncey pulls Shsrpe and puts in scoot while Ant who is a 93% free throw shooter misses both free throws.
Tell me that isn’t a tank move right there?

How can anyone not enjoy this game? They're young, and figuring shit out...So much potential with this team.

There are parts that are enjoyable, but some are also frustrating. At least it wasn't a throttling.

Right

Thinking it must be

Shaes defense tonight left a lot to be desired.

Another loss at the free throw line...we shot under 60% from the stripe....too many points left at the line game after game.

Not a bad performance. I'm not disappointed. Playing undermanned on the road and led much of the way and hung in until the end.

I really wish we'd explore the idea of team offense. I don't think everything being iso or pnr serves our development. It's be interesting to find out if anyone can pass or move without the ball.

Ant had a nice offensive game and I still think he looks like he doesn't want to be here.

Deni playing really well. I like his game.

Another shaky game for Sharpe. I'm not concerned yet. He's still working back after injuries. I'll give him mulligans for a couple of more weeks, especially since he did have a couple of really good games in there.

Scoot looking like he belonged again. Just missed a double-double. But, young man, you need to learn to shoot left-handed layups. You really limit yourself on the attack when everything to the left side is going to be that right-hand inversion. I can't think of any good NBA players that were that averse to using their non-dominant hand.

Oh, yeah, and what the heck with the FTs?

We need to use Shae the way Detroit did with Rip. He'd eat slashing, cutting, and popping.

Yep, perfect game, some really performances and a loss. Scoot one of his best games, Deni fitting/settling in more and more, Ant plays well and helps with trade value

Is Kris Murray injured? Or does Chauncey somehow have him and Jabari conflated, so if he plays one he can't play the other?

Another tough loss, though they played hard. We are short handed and they are tired after their first long road trip.
Sleeping in their own beds will do them well.

Yep

92% free shooter can't make a free throw then chucks a brick three.

good. We need the losses. I like it where we are competitive, our core young guys are killing it then lose it at the end. Perfect situation

Actually, I really like this team sans Big Trade Trio. Future is bright.

Again terrible shot selection at end of game, giving the ball to Ant and saying go get a shot. Almost always ends in him taking incredibly low percentage shots. Sure he’ll have some good nights but watching Sharpe relegated to standing in the corner for passes that never come drives me crazy!

Drexler springs to mind, Jaylen Brown too. Regardless, heres hoping Scoot is working on that left. When I was playing in my 20s I was all right hand until deciding it was limiting me as a scorer. While completely baby giraffe awkward at first, I started regularly doing layups and finger rolls with it when just shooting around. My footwork was a mess, I'd lose it going up, shoot airballs... I drew laughs from strangers. Then after a year or so of having that as part of my shoot around routine my mind wrapped itself around the whole concept and it was no big deal. While still right hand dominant and not looking to set it up, I'd go to my left in game because thats how a play unfolded.

A big key to learning any new skill is to just get going and not get down on yourself with early struggles. Know that if you put in the time it will eventually happen
