Okay so I missed the game taking a nap. How did Coach Billups motivate the group tonight? Any amazing plays from coach?
 
Great results. Grant building his trade value. Blazers lost.

My biggest concern is Cronin. I have this ugly feeling Grant will be with us after trade deadline.

I've actually been more impressed with Ant these first 2 games than most of his previous seasons with the Blazers.

It looks like he's playing within the flow of the game and actually trying to play defense.

I wanted him traded during the summer- but Im willing to wait it out to see if he really is making progress

Ayton and Simons are each on expiring contracts after this season. If they are moved, it is hopefully for youth/picks. Nothing long term. I don't know if anyone wants to give up anything for them. The smart move will be to just let them expire if they can't get anything of value. If they can't get that value, and faced with letting them walk for nothing, I am afraid Cronin will make a ridiculous offer to one or both to retain their value despite the market showing they have no value. RLEC on steroids.

The only way we are a good team is if we are a bad team! Keep losing, you're doing great Blazers! (I can't wait for the front office to ever care about the team again, this sucks, but we must lose in the short term to win in the long term so let's gooooo)
 
Bullshit. This team has been tanking for three years in hopes of an elusive superstar. They got a couple of serviceable players. And deeply entrenched a culture of losing. Being unwatchable.

Look how Houston is surrounding a couple high drafts picks with seasoned vets they acquired via trades. Boston did the same thing. Reed Sheppard whomI really like isn't starting as they have a 6' veteran pg.

Because he settled for a couple of 3s that help the Pels run. If he gets a better shot or gets to the line on just one of them, we're at worst going to OT.

Other than only shooting 3s, you aren't getting criticism of Grant's offense last night.

You like to concentrate on other posters rather than the game. That's a very feminine trait, but fitting I suppose.

I'm actually not mad. I want the team to lose, but still get annoyed at individual players.

I don’t know what’s worse….. your unrealistic expectations and constant bitching about a team without much talent or the fact that you got @TBpup who I actually respect on here, to like a post that you are claiming my “feminine traits” as a bad thing. Thinking like a woman is bad?
