Because they get the 8th pick over the 6th pick? That will set the team back 4 years? Will our players stop all development during this 4 years as well?

Our players aren't going to develop enough to make up for the difference between a top 10 pick and a top 5 pick in this draft.

I don't know how a team in our situation comes back from that before the next rebuild honestly...

Yep. A lot of people who SAY they want us to lose get pissed off when we actually play badly. They’re unhappy that the young players aren’t All Stars yet but if they were, we’d win which is what they say they are against.

Take Strenuus, he’s made it clear this season is all about losing but when we’re on a losing streak, he says he wants to not give the Blazers money to “send a message” to management until they turn things around. Make up your mind!

Second, the team deserves nothing until they prove it. It's called being principled. They suck. Until they show they care about the team, I will not support them.

It's the right thing to do and I'm glad I'm doing it.

Joe's put us in a tough position. He's put a team together that can't win enough for wins to be a good thing in the long run. At the same time no one wants to see players on their team half assing it, so a lot of the losses are brutal to watch. Then there's the fact that win or lose most of us don't like the rotation even though it probably is the most effective rotation Chauncey can put out there.

Dark times to be a fan of our team but still Go Blazers!!! whatever that means.

He seems to be clinging to Grant/Simons/RWIII to try to squeeze max value out of them, but in the process he's critically damaging our chances at getting a superstar in this draft. I don't think eeking out another first rounder is worth getting the 8th pick in this draft.

I have a feeling youre purposefully ignoring a ton of nuance here.
