Yeah and that was with the guy we've got steering the whole fucking franchise as the number two guy in charge. They panicked by trying to plug leaks in a sinking ship with plugs that were nowhere close to being big enough to keep it afloat. Olshey was pathetic and hopefully his ego was so huge that what he did for years wasn't any kind of reflection of his second in command. Though I'm not very confident that Joe didn't have some hand in those shitty moves you just referenced.

We were in panic mode to get something decent around Lillard for several offseason and we completely shit the bed.

It went from thinking we were going to put something good around him, to just re-shuffling the deck for 3 straight offseasons.
