Deni needs to manage the clock better....he rushed his intentional fouls a couple of times

Glad we got the lost. This year is a wash. This draft class is to good to miss out on the lottery

If I have to watch one more game where the FUCKING Blazers leave a 3 point shooter open at the end of the game up by 2 I may not make it

I kinda wonder if we'd actually know how to react if this team, of fuck, any blazers team, actually defended the 3 worth shit.

Their 3 point defense sucks ass, that's why.
I don't know if that was a coaching error or Toumani went off script, but Toumani basically left his man to go double in the paint, and that's the game. You have to know in that situation that you lose to a 3. If they make a 2, whatever.

Nuts. Heck of a game. Shame the Blazers couldn't finish it off. Lot of positives, though, and just overally entertaining game.

Clingan was a monster. That's as strong as I've seen him with the ball. He grabbed rebounds like a vice and was looking to punish the Bulls near the bucket on the offensive end. I hope this is a sign of things to come. And he did that while playing against a guy who is a tough matchup for him.

Deni with the triple-double. Just Deni being Deni but his game continues to get better.

Jeramie performed tonight. Kris Murray played well in the 4Q. Toumani played like he played last year. Sidy, I thought, was solid in his first start; not above average but he didn't kill the Blazers for a 21-year-old who has barely played.

Just coming back from being so far down showed a lot about this team. Tough to lose at the buzzer in almost the same way as the Orlando game, but still a lot of things to be pleased with, under the circumstances.

Toumani was not good. Errors left and right. Getting blown by 1 on 1. Not to mention screwing up on the last pay. I'm really not sure what's going on with him, but he's been straight up not good.

Too much pressure on him with everybody out.

whole team collapsed on the white drive.

why tho
I watched the play 4 or 5 times. Toumani went to double while Jerami went with his man who was cutting. Deni guarding 2 players up top. It was 100% Toumani's fault. Or the coaches for not emphasizing sticking with your man.

I don't know if that's true. He's making just stupid decision on both sides of the ball. Uncharacteristically stupid decisions. Stuff that he did not do last year. Forget just getting beat defensively more, it's like he swapped brains with another player.

Clingan was a monster on the glass. You know who isn’t? Yang Hansen. Why does it look like he reaches out in front of his face instead of above his head for rebounds? Is he really that tall? Does it look like he’s slapping toward the ball as he’s 5 feet away from every board?

Well the next two are losses for sure

the next 9 games feel like a 1-8 record in the making.

well, 3rd triple double of Deni's career...but the 5 missed free throws has the Schonely rolling over

waiting for BK to explain again why Clingan doesn't fit the 'system'. Blazers aren't within 10 in the 4th Q without Clingan. He fits the system fine; fits a lot of systems fine

Portland started out 3-1 in one possession games. They've lost 3 in a row and are at 3-4. Those games tend to be 50-50 outcomes, even for good teams. But missing Jrue and Sharpe is a big disadvantage
