Shaedon probably plays the most entertaining brand of basketbal lthat we've ever had on the team. My reference point is Clyde's third season on. Clyde was really fun too. A sneaky addition to that list was JR Rider.

Obviously nothing beats Dame's buzzer beaters but play in and play out I can't think of anyone as fun to watch as Shaedon,

I like this challenge! Don't know that it will be successful, but I like the effort to get DC another block on the stat sheet.

Completely agree. If we need to ditch Murray completely to give Cissoko a regular spot, I'm fine with that.
The more I watch him the more I think he's going to be a special player honestly. Yeah his shooting is improving but he's got a really good handle and passing ability and has completely bothered Lauri and George. While Caleb is better now, I think Sidy has the much higher ceiling. I like them both.

C'mon coach-- let Reath and Cooke onto the floor!!

Extremely fun game. Let's hope we can keep the effort up against the Rockets regardless of the score.

This team is so much fun to watch when they move without the ball and the ball isn't sticking. Thirty-two assists on 49 FGs and nine players had an assist. Seven scorers in double digits. Scrambling on defense. Deni and Shaedon 62 points on 38 shots and just good in all areas. Donovan with 17 boards and another double-double. Murray makes us so much better when he looks at the basket and has to be guarded. Sidy with 14 points on eight shots and faking a defender out of his shoes with a behind-the-back dribble into a step-back J.

Just a really pleasing effort. Great energy and an efficient performance.

Yeah the passing was great tonight. You hit the nail on the head by saying that this team is at its best when the ball isn't sticking.

And it that seems a kind of weird thing to say because you'd think Deni needs to dominate the ball, but I don't think that's true. Deni's a good passer and a willing passer and when everyone is moving without the ball and the ball is moving, it strains the defensive rotations which gives Deni cleaner lanes to the hoop for easier buckets. He actually doesn't have to do as much but he becomes a lot more dangerous.

Hitting the 3s early probably helped in that regard, too.

3rd game I’ve been to this season and we’ve won 2 of them. I might be their good luck charm? Fun game to be at. I don’t know why Murray and Rupert shoot 3’s? They can’t hit the broad side of a barn from beyond the arc. Murray can take it inside at least. We definitely have some talent and it will be interesting to see how we look when/if we’re fully healthy.

Did I imagine that Sidy move that ended in a step back middy? I think there was a behind the back dribble in there somewhere. It just came out of nowhere. Anyway, our two-way players are playing better than most rotation players. (Although check out the team the Nuggets rolled out today - I literally had to look Jalen Pickett up.)
No, you didn't imagine it. The shot went in with 2:10 left in the 1st quarter.
Cissoko went behind the back with his left hand going at Lauri Markannen then stopped. Markannen's momentum sent him backwards, Cissoko did a double-step-back and hit the shot over a recovering Markannen's outstretched hand.
