Hope Yang just stays with it mentally. You can tell in these games that he’s not 100% comfortable out there. Maybe he just needs one good game to get that confidence going for him.

I think it’s going to take some time for him to get comfortable part of the problem our pace of play doesn’t allow him many touches. If we were running half court sets more with in screening and getting ball at top of key I think he’d look a lot more comfortable. Hell I’m uncomfortable sitting on my couch watching the pace of the game. Scoot should be a monster in this run and gun type of game

after seeing the MJ interview and talking about load management etc i think a lot of that is that so many players are built like linebackers instead of gazelles. lean, fast, agile, and high intensity players going hard is SO much more fun to watch than the battering ram style ploddy yawn with a few explosive oooh n aahhs once n a while. the Blazers are PRESSING the shit outta teams so far, they just gonna outwork them and outrun them. im here for it.
