I assume it was the blonde. She pissed me off in a preseason game. I think she pissed Deni off as well that game. But I guess rookie refs need to learn as well.
 
I went to bed when we were up double digits - what happened?

I think it might happen a few times this season that we get up on another team like 100-80, realize there's a whole nother quarter to go and just totally lose focus.
 
Glad to see the good guys win despite the refs rigging it. It seems like the Blazers are the victims of NBA bettors throughout the years.

I was so glad to see Sharpe hit some threes! Hopefully that helps his confidence.

Blake Wesley is Captain Chaos out there and he just seems to make things happen when he’s on the floor. If Deni is “Turbo”, then Wesley must be Sonic Boom or something because he seems like he’s sprinting 100% of the time.

Seriously. Moves at break neck speed. I thought he knocked himself out on Nurk’s ass on that one play.
 
Well....had to beat the team on the road....and the refs.

S2 will get there. He is still very young, but he's is moving in the right direction.

The refs decided to help Vegas cover the spread.
 
I know he is fool's gold, but how nice would it be if Williams could actually give the Blazers 16 minutes a game...starting with Denver?
Between him and Scoot their depth would be pretty good.

The key to their success, though, is still Sharpe. They just need him to shoot like he did last night. Not spectacular, but solid from the outside.
 
Really not thrilled with Shaedons game right now. Shooting notwithstanding, he's just not doing any playmaking at all. This is a key step in his development into a higher caliber player and he's just chucking every game.

Needs coach to step in here.

He's been playing injured. Richman said he was walking with a limp after the Warriors game. Splitter said in the postgame last night that Shae was limping as well.

Thats only half the game though. To me, ive seen a huge uptick in his defensive effort and full court pressing. He will get his legs back. Give him a bit of time to adjust to the additional efforts we are seeing on D.
And he is not just chucking or you are missing some plays in your viewing. He took it to the hole alot last night.

Listening to Tiago, he’s playing the game the team wants him to play. If he’s open shoot, if he can beat his man off the dribble do it. I really think he’s finding his game he’s use to spot ups and pick and roll now he’s being asked to change his game. While seems like it would be easy to do I think with a young player he’s not comfortable yet. He looked more patient last night and obviously helped 3 ball was falling. I just don’t want him to stop being aggressive things will eventually come together. Good part is his defense is 100% better than last year and his turnovers were down last night and rebounding better.

Btw I agree on the creating more shots for teammates I think he is a good passer and athletic freak use that to creat for teammates and it will open his game up even more

I really think the only reason the game was close was because Tiago took our starters out before Utah took theirs out. Don't get me wrong if we would have left our starters in or if Utah would have taken theirs out first we still might have only won by 10 points, I just don't think it would have ever been close in the 4th quarter.

Glad we got the win and I hope it's a learning experience for Tiago.
