Denver are just in 'Flow' mode. It usually lasts several minutes per game, they have it on for entire first half. I do expect a comeback.

I am done for the night -- I give credit to Denver but all the Blazers want to do is shoot 3's and miss them and not much else.

If this is the way they are going to play just fucking have Deni twist his ankle or have him say his back is messed up again and call him out of action for a couple weeks etc and go into tank mode . I honestly do not know who is at fault at this point. I just think the parts to not fit together right and it's going to take some hard decisions in the offseason. Since this game is prolly dead I will throw out a couple plus an idea for the rest of this season.

1) Find a team for Jrue cause if he is not on on contending team then he average at best. i am sure there is a team in the summer that has a semi bad contract or two that can match his money.

2) Ditto for Grant

Rest of season :

1) Hand the keys to the PG role to Scoot and let him sink or swim so you know if he is the future or just a future trade chip -- period
2) Get Yang at least 12 to 15 min a game and let's see if he can get a clue so we know if they need to try and retain R-Will in the summer OR find another backup in Free agency

Basically, it looks like the Blazers were completely unprepared tonight, and unmotivated. Too handsy, not enough feet on defense. Offense looks like it's never seen a zone before. Two free throw attempts. Yuck.

I get so tired of seeing a team that doesn't shoot the 3 well work for open shots at the rim or within 15 feet pass those up and then try to pass the ball through the defender he just beat and three of his friends. Here's a clue -- when you've gotten to the rim, just make the layup. Good lord.

They got run out of the gym by a way better team.
They ain’t winning in Phoenix Sunday and they are not beating the T-Wolves either most likely.
They might beat the Bulls because the Blazers do stupid things like that when they should be tanking.

I'll say it again. I really hope that Dundon hits reset on this thing. Bring in a new president of basketball operations, let that guy bring in a new coach and let them figure out what players they want to move forward with.

I'd imagine most league execs who don't have any connection to this roster would want to move forward with our young core but maybe they'd want to go all in, it would be nice to find out.

in the Sidy thread I said I thought they were going for the play in and they should but if in 10 games they are not like 7 and 3 then pull the plug and play hard for 3 quarters then tank in the 4th cause this team needs more talent -- period

I think you are right on one point. They will not go 7-3 and they will eventually tank.
Probably should start sooner than later is my thought.

I honestly get it. I want them to win also but there was a conversation in some thread about winning two games of the play in to pull a series against either OKC or the Spurs. If you ask me it might be the Nuggets as well but the point is why?
The Blazers need talent and they need some luck. They need a high draft pick. Not 10 or 11. They need top 4 again.
