If the Tiago apologists think that the roster that we had out their last night should have lost to the roster Denver put out there by 54 and that they saw buy in or even a little pride from our guys then we're not seeing the same thing.

I expected a loss last night and if it were by 20 then I could have chalked it up to the difference in talent because they're obviously better than us. Last night showed a team that isn't really bought in and it's not the first time.

The fact that a big loss should have been expected is on Joe. So I won't be upset if new ownership cleans house on the basketball ops/coaching side of things.

I do think both Joe and Tiago seem like good guys so if new ownership decides that both have been handicapped by current ownership and the Chauncey situation and decides to bring them back I won't be melting down.
Here's the largest margin of victory this year. Good teams all have a big win.

Yeah, showing me a list of all the worst beat downs in the league this season with our last game tied for second worst doesn't really do a lot to change my opinion that it was abnormally bad. Our guys showed up to play, as was evidenced at the beginning of the game.

What happened after the middle of the first quarter isn't acceptable to me. The fact that the coaching staff never semed to get the guys to buy in for any stretch after the very beginning of the game is a problem.

If I were on our team's coaching staff or in its front office, I'd have my resume updated and ready to send out to other teams.

Denver lost to Golden State today , who had a starting unit of:

Gui Santos
De'Anthony Melton
Moses Moody
Pat Spencer
Al Horford
128-117

Denver had the same starting unit as they did against the Blazers.

I am not as pessismistic as some here..
Denver were really on a night where they fire on all cylinders.
21 of 41 for three.
Sure you can say it shows for lack of defensive effort, but I think most shots were reasonbly contested.
Denver is also very well alligned against this team - we couldn't stop Jokic - DC and Rob cant really guard him.
Deni does seem off a bit - kind of lost a step in his spring, his shot tends to be short and I think he should keep resting and recovering and only when he gets back full confidence in his movement he should return..
Called it.
