Don’t know enough about Flagg to know whether or not he’s the kind of player to care who he gets drafted by VS going #1.
I figure his agent will suggest that he declares. He’s fairly unanimous this year, but idk what the pay difference between lottery places is. Risks injury playing another season in college. Just makes sense to declare and do what you can to improve a situation you may not want to be in.
FWIW I’ve always thought it was low class when you see players upset about who drafts them, like Zach Lavine with the T-Wolves. There are thousands of young men who would love to be on any NBA team. IMO players should be humble and just be glad to be in the situation that they are in.
