Another thing on the lineup thing -- for 2 quarters ish the lineups for most part were working meaning the issue is with the coaching and the players not adjusting to the Spurs Defense again comes back to coaching.

I want to think Tiago is the right guy and maybe getting him a better lead assistant might help but I am tired of playing the hope game when me as a fan and prolly others have had our hopes dashed ( crushed ) so much over the past couple years. This is why I am more accepting ( open ) of getting rid of players like Sharpe , Scoot ( even though I think he is coming around ) and others but hoping only gets you so far and usually at least for this team leads down a dead end street.

I wonder if the team wasn’t ready for serious playoff coaching moves like shaking up the starting lineup; they’re not playing to go to the finals so swallowing pride for that move doesn’t feel as worth it compared to if they felt able to make a deep run.

The edible is hitting so a question: what if we just had two seasons a year? Like, play 40 games, do a three round playoff with the top teams, then do it again after a month off around an All-Star Game?

They are going to make us think they have a chance to beat the Spurs only to get complete fucking amnesia in the 3rd and 4th quarter forgetting how to play and blow a lead again.

I would like to see Sidy on Wemby cause something I have noticed is smaller / strong players who are not afraid to get after him sometimes gets to him. Also if Sidy gets in foul trouble who the hell cares but Sidy also does some of the little things that players outside of DC forget to do like rebound , block out etc.
