24 parking near the RG?

Just figured out the pay to park place across from convention center is torn up now. So looking for an all day place to park that's withing walking distance to the RG and not terrifying at 1:00am ish. Any recommendations please and thanks.

Cheaper to park where it's free, then pay for a cab to the RG and back.
