Sunday is Father’s Day. Might be tough for some of us.

Worked out everyday for the last 9 days, no knee swelling. I feel good. I think about 3-4 weeks out from being the water boy. Tomorrow going to kick it up from an hour to hour and a half workout. I'm so freaking out of shape it's crazy. Enjoying getting back into shape though.

Hopefully I can make it out one of these days, look forward to playing with you.

At 64 I would say I'm too old to play full court basketball....half court, no problem..I played singles tennis for decades...now I play doubles only pretty much...the problem isn't the age, it's that the mind doesn't seem to age at the same rate as the body...fools your body into thinking you're still 40
