About an hour into this and it's great.

I found the attempts at city/franchise trash talking by Ice Cube and Marky Mark to be continually embarrassing. Other than, it's a fun watch.
Well, C's pretty much own the Lakers, historically.
It's Donny player and that makes it worse.I found the attempts at city/franchise trash talking by Ice Cube and Marky Mark to be continually embarrassing. Other than, it's a fun watch.

Not really relevant to the fact that their attempts at trash talk were embarrassing.
As far as whether the Celtics own the Lakers--I can't say I care, but they basically owned them in one period of NBA history--the 1960s--before the modern era. The Lakers pretty clearly "won" the '80s (5 titles to 3, 2-1 in the head-to-head Finals) and have been much more successful since then overall (5 titles to 1, splitting the head-to-head Finals).
Yeah that was pretty corny.I found the attempts at city/franchise trash talking by Ice Cube and Marky Mark to be continually embarrassing. Other than, it's a fun watch.
It got kind of annoying once they started the whole white vs black thing.
This stuff really doesn't get old, no matter how many times you see it. I actually learned something new, and that was when Magic and Larry finally met in the Finals. Lakers flew in and got settled at their hotel in Boston, and I never knew about the phone calls they'd get from Boston fans, the treatment from the hotel staff, or the fire alarm being pulled after 3 in the morning to disrupt their sleep before the first game.
That movie is criminally underratedEver seen Celtic Pride? Favorite line from that film.... "This drink is called Jimmy's Dick. Short, fat, but it fills the gap."

I've always maintained an argument could be made that Magic is the best ever. His combination of versatility and skill was ridiculousI do not think you can tell the story of that rivalry without discussing race. Like it or not, it played a major role.
The media is always debating whether Lebron or Michael were better. I do not think Lebron was as good as Magic. Loved watching how great he was again.
