Eight of the first 12 games on the road, but mostly against easier competition. Not a bad way to start, really. Get the team focused by getting them out of Portland, but put them up against easier teams while they get into a rhythm.

I can't wait for opening night. If I could pick one team in the league to open against, it'd be Phoenix at home. They're going to be working on how to function without Amare, and our guys are going to be pissed. Should be a really nice beatdown.

I'll try to make it up there during spring break to catch a game with some friends.

I only counted 11 back-to-backs this season. That seems like A LOT less than last year when we had like 20 back to backs if my memory serves me right.

EDIT: Nevermind I can't count

Yea and amazingly enough this year they won't just be able to put Hill on Miller and shut us down.....

we only play the clippers once in LA? FAAAAHHHHH

:ohno:

Hopefully Santa brings us some good presents!

Saturday Dec. 25 at Golden State 7:30 p.m.

Tuesday Dec. 28 at Denver 6:00 p.m.
Thursday Dec. 30 Utah 7:00 p.m.

JANUARY
Sunday Jan. 2 Houston 6:00 p.m.
Tuesday Jan. 4 at Dallas 5:30 p.m.
Wednesday Jan. 5 at Houston 5:30 p.m.
Friday Jan. 7 at Minnesota 5:00 p.m.
Sunday Jan. 9 Miami 6:00 p.m.

Wow, 19 of the first 32 on the road...

At least we should be playing those with a pre-injured for the season Greg Oden:lol:

Opening night at the Rose Garden, do we boo Hedo . . . or has that torch been passed to the Raptor fans?

Only one on the road with the Clippers and Rockets. Only once at home with the Kings and Griz.

Yes, we still boo Hedo.

Alright--just went through game by game, and I'm giving us 55-27. Actually have us starting 44-18 before hitting a rough stretch near the end of the season--specifically, 3/7-4/8 where I have us going 9-9, mostly due to road games @ORL, MIA, ATL, LAL, OKC & UTA.

I also gave us an 8-game winning streak in-between losses to Miami on 1/9 and Boston on 1/27, but since both of those are home games, we could very well have a double-digit run in there if we're able to pick up one of those.

WTF.

Really it's just an 8-gamer before the all-star break, and then 2 more road games after the break. Still twice as long as any trip we have though.

I hate our schedule near the end of the season/in late March/April. Although, I imagine other western conference playoff teams will have brutal schedules at the end as well.

Only 10 of first 26 games at home, but only 11 of last 27 on the road. Chance to finish strong going into the playoffs.

Oh and in case anyone's wondering, 22 back-to-backs.

Yeah and guess what only 3/4's of our Laker games are coming on the second night of back to backs. Thanks you fucker Stern!

Aw and only 1/4 of those games are back to backs for LA. How nice.

It is a part of the game, nothing to get to worked up over.

Wednesday Feb. 23 L.A. Lakers 7:30 p.m. (ESPN)
Friday Feb. 25 Denver 7:30 p.m. (ESPN)
Sunday Feb. 27 Atlanta 7:30 p.m. (ESPN)

ESPN really likes us for some reason.

After careful examination of the schedule, I predict we'll start off the season 18-0.

At first glance i do not see anything toooooo alarming. I mean nothing that would deserve a WTF!

Edit: I take that back: WTF!

FEBRUARY
Tuesday Feb. 1 San Antonio 7:00 p.m.
Wednesday Feb. 2 at Denver 6:00 p.m.
Friday Feb. 4 at Indiana 4:00 p.m.
Saturday Feb. 5 at Cleveland 4:30 p.m.
Monday Feb. 7 Chicago 7:00 p.m.
Friday Feb. 11 at Toronto 4:00 p.m.
Sunday Feb. 13 at Detroit 3:00 p.m.
Monday Feb. 14 at Minnesota 5:00 p.m

Seems silly to come home for one game.
All Star break!

Okay, I count 19 back to back games for us.

Who dares count how many of our opponents are on the second night of back to backs.

8 and 2 does not add up to 11, which is what the schedule shows. What am I missing?

The fact that the last "road" game in that set is against the Lakers, which isn't really a road game.
