The Rose Garden crowds have looked "subdued" all season long, at least on TV. Definitely not the home court advantage we've had in years past.

A substantial portion of the non-diehards did not think this was a season worth cheering for. I bet it will be back in full effect next season. What you think changed?
Tell that to Fred Savage and Billy Crystal.People in LA don't care about the Clippers for the most part. This is s Lakers town even when they suck.

Expectations. And the fact a significant portion of the team that we rooted for last year is now gone, replaced with a bunch of guys that the casual fan may not have even heard of. I think the playoff crowd should be pretty good though.

Your Savage beats are Crystal clear"Who?" and "is he still alive?"![]()

Gimme back my towel, I won't have you throwing it in for me, thank you very much.If the Blazers lose tonight; there will be very little interest in game 3. I'd expect stub hub to get flooded with tickets.
The only chance of excitement is to win either tonight; or two of the next 4 games. If there's a game 6 in Portland fans would be very excited.
Blazer fans aren't the passionate never say die legends we like to remember from our youth. Timber fans are more dedicated. If the Blazers win, like the majority of NBA teams, there will be excitement.
Plus 7:30 tipoff kinda sucks, too...I think its the scheduling. We didn't know our opponent until Wednesday, the game was on a Sunday night which is kind of weird too. First home game is on a Saturday night. Just weird vibes all around.
4/5 of the starting lineup? What you think changed?
Why? There's a legit 1% chance memphis can even win. If there ever was a surefire 100% win in a series, it's SA. lol. I wouldn't waste my money on that either, I'd wait until the playoffs actually start.
Had nothing to do with that. I watched highlights and the fans where there for the bulk of the game but left early. Had more to do with thinking that SA fans are loyal and its a single sport town like us, so I fully expected in the first game for them to stick around until; the clock ticked to zero and give a nice cheer. But I think its expected down there now, so ....
