I'm the new guy, Blazer fan from a different area. These trade ideas to improve the Blazers were hammered into us on a daily basis by Blazers sponsored media groups. So many grand illusions swirled into our thoughts, it made Dr. Strange look like a total wussy.

Ujiri is out of his damned mind. No one paid the price tags he put on OG and Pascal. Talk about over valuing. Good thing though, didn't want OG in GS. They don't need another rescue.

Hachimura doesn't do one thing well, at all, except confuse bad spellers. Is it really so toxic around here people are going to bitch about not landing that scrub?

Raptors only traded Trent....meaning they were almost certainly asking idiotic ridiculous prices for their players. I'm glad Portland didn't try to pay the price. Toronto turned down offers of 4 first's for Siakam and 3 first's for OG....FUCK the Raptors

Poeltl is better than Nurkic but he's also too similar. Not only that, Toronto traded a 1st round pick for Poeltl. That's exactly the opposite of what Portland should have done after wasting 7 first round picks on Afflalo, Zach, Swanigan, RoCo, and Nance

he would have been a nice addition, and it seems very likely the Blazers had a tentative deal in place for Vanderbilt. But Ainge is addicted to 1st round picks and he chose another trade that added another 1st. That's on Ainge

I think it was a solid consensus around here that the Payton signing was a dumb mistake. Cronin mitigated some of the damage by dumping Payton for a handful of seconds. So, bad idea in the summer, good idea today
