You mean, their problem of being a third world country with a barely-functional infrastructure? Kind of sad when you have to use them as a yardstick to look good.

No, I mean their murder problem. I tried to make that pretty obvious, but willful ignorance can obscure things sometimes.
Feeling entitled much? Perhaps the United States isn't as 'developed' (key word that makes your charts appear so shocking) as you thought it was? Where are all these shootings taking place, anyway? It must be in rural areas with high gun ownership rates right? No? Well it couldn't be in liberal-run metropolitian areas, could it?

Violence on either side needs to stop. I was accosted in downtown Portland by 3 leftists simply because of the color of my baseball cap. When I finally was able to show the clueless idiots that it was a Doernbecher Children's hospital charity golf hat and not a Make America Great again hat, they just change their verbal assaults to something else.
"...my "Magic, The Gathering" T-shirt, my pristine replica Spock ears..."

Oh come the fuck on...do you see roaming bands of the GOP blocking traffic, smashing windows, beating up random people, shouting down town hall meetings, destroying private property because they do not agree with a message, yelling and shrieking ridiculous bumper sticker tripe when they can not express an actual idea?
I'm envisioning a world in which Trump lost and what would have come with that. Based on the numerous pre-election articles I read this morning, I don't think it's much of a stretch to assume things would have turned violent.

Point being, neither side is ammune to violent acts.

The fault in your reasoning is simple. The folks that voted in President Trump work for a living. They take part in the private sector. They get fired for acting the way we see the left behaving

Yeah, Alaska is just one big metropolitan area.

That's great - so they should be all in favor of universal vote-by-mail and/or having the election on a Saturday! Kind of surprising that the states that have that tend to be liberal bastions.

Also this is interesting that it kind of undercuts the "economic anxiety" explanation for Trump's election. I await further enlightenment.

Time for the Investigative police to get involved.th cops.jpg

According to the criminal "justice" system OJ is indeed innocent, even though many of us truly believe in our hearts (and available evidence strongly indicates) that he got away with murder. You keep pointing out an apparent lack of evidence against Trump, therefore he has not done anything illegal. The "crimes" may be entirely different but the end result is still the same. Just because I believe Donny Trump is a lying, stealing, cheating POS doesn't mean it ain't so.......but he's still innocent until proven otherwise by Congress or a court of law. Same with Hillary. But nice try at deflection.......

OJ did it, regardless of what the courts found. He did it. There are laws with punishments defined for his crime.

But beneath the cheering, a new emotion is taking hold among some Trump supporters as they grapple with reports predicting that he will lose the election: a dark fear about what will happen if their candidate is denied the White House. Some worry that they will be forgotten, along with their concerns and frustrations. Others believe the nation may be headed for violent conflict.

Jared Halbrook, 25, of Green Bay, Wis., said that if Mr. Trump lost to Hillary Clinton, which he worried would happen through a stolen election, it could lead to “another Revolutionary War.”

“If push comes to shove,” he added, and Mrs. Clinton “has to go by any means necessary, it will be done.”

“People are going to march on the capitols,” said Mr. Halbrook, who works at a call center. “They’re going to do whatever needs to be done to get her out of office, because she does not belong there.”

There are dozens, if not more, examples of this kind of behavior. Trump's claims of an illigitimate election are what created this kind of behavior/thought process. I have no doubt he would have emboldened his supporters had he lost the electoral college. He emboldens them now. Shut the fuck up about leftist violence.

I didn't say Trump was an angel in all of this. And there's no excuse for this Halbrook guy saying what he did. In fact, the secret service should have investigated him on the spot.

Your whole article is true of the vocal minority who claim the election was somehow stolen. It's ongoing for them, not for Trump and his supporters.

If Trump lost, I bet he would have just gone back to his life. Not made some resistance PAC whose operations aren't much reported on.

I work for a living without voting for Trump or Hillary.....so did more popular vote people than you seem to acknowledge...fact is, Trump is not bringing a culture of unity to the country....he's a guy who leads by insult and untruths...forget partisan spin....you trust him or you don't....has nothing to do with your economic base or work ethic.....that's a cheap shot....plenty of unemployed people supported Trump.

jesus christ this thread started as a "5 people got shot thread"

will end in a never ending.. "LIBERALS ARE BAD"

"TRUMP WHITE RACIST BIGOT HOMOPHOBIC"

WE DONT AGREE
LETS CONTINUE FOR 500 PAGES

BUT BUT BUT TRUMP
BUT BERNIE
BUT HILLARY

He won, he's president and he is trying (at least) to do that job.

If he lost, I don't think he'd be any more in the public eye than Mitt Romney.
Trump unlike Romney lives for public adoration...always has...see reality TV show....a billionaire wouldn't need to do that either.
