I see. Personally, I find your name more funny than offensive, lol. I don't think it's a big enough deal to where you should change it.
I never did go to that 3 on 3 tourney. Kinda wish I had though.
As for me, I'm avoiding talking about my online life if it ever comes up with my employer. "Twitter? Facebook? What's that?"
I hardly ever use my Twitter account (Twitter is such a madhouse anyways....), and I don't have a Facebook account. But there are other things online that aren't their business anyways, nor does it effect my work performance. So they can fuck right off and like it. I'll set up a separate email account from my personal email if it ever becomes an issue. That way, it's not connected to anything else I do online.
Ha I wish it was that easy. I unfortunately don't have the ability to tell someone to fuck off. One bad experience leads to five potential clientele loss.
I've told friends of mine they need to change their facebook picture for the job they're applying to. As I wouldn't hire them with a picture like that.
Unfortunately in all aspects of life appearances matter more than if you can do the job well or not. It's this way for all people.
Would've been cool to see you there.
I'm hopeful my rib won't be dislocated next year so I can actually jump and don't have an ugly ass form due to it next year.

The thread itself had dissolved into a few people being racist (which is why the thread got locked), and I was making a dry-sarcasm remark in regards to how open the racism was. As if to say "hey assholes, if you're gonna be so open about it, then hey....why don't you call me a spic and beaner. You obviously seem proud of it." That was my original "point" to the comment I made.
