After a very good 5-1 home stand with the only blemish to the LeBron's, the Blazers embark on a 6-game road trip that starts off somewhat soft and ends with the Bucks and the Warriors.

Lakers
T'Wolves
Wizards
Knicks
Bucks
Warriors

Does anyone dare to go out on a 6-0 limb with conviction and a sense of reality?

I could see it...I'm getting used to this winning stuff....bottom line 4-2...top shelf...6-0

Doubtful we win either of the last 2. So that means we have to go 3-1 in the first 4 for a 500 road trip.
I think we split the first 4 and end up 2-4

I hope they can get one of the Bucks/Warriors games. I don't think they go 4-0 against the rest of the schedule but hoping for 4-2.

I'll say 4-2 and that seems optimistic. If we do better than that I'll be beyond thrilled

The formula to win 50+ games is pretty simple to me. Dominate at home and play .500 on the road. Right now they are on pace for 31-32 wins at home so go 21-20 on the road and they will be in great shape.

Thus going 3-3 on a 6 game road trip in 9 days with having to start in LA, go all the way to NY and Washington, and then all the way back to Oakland is nothing to be ashamed of. Of course anything better would be nice.

Being a long time Blazer fan has prepped me to expect the worst. It's the Schonely's dog mindset.

I hope they go at least 3-3 but in the back of my mind I fear they'll lose a few games they shouldn't. Prove me wrong, Blazers!

Yep, I can envision reasonable scenarios in which they can lose any one of those games. Except the Knicks game. That one, there would be no excuse.

Bucks 2nd night of b2b and 5th game in 7 nights. Schedule makers did us no favors. 3 wins is a stretch. I'm gonna keep expectations reasonable.

I don't actually think Portland will go 5-1.
But damn the wizards non-the-less.

With the scheduling and the 2 very tough opponents at the end, 3-3 would probably be acceptable, but with the record so far, I want to stay in 2nd place in the West or contend for #1.....and 3-3 won't do it. So I 'wish' for 4-2 or better but looking at this schedule, that will be tough.

Then again, if the Blazer are as good as their early record, shouldn't we expect them to go at least 4-2? I know many fans keep waiting for the other shoe to drop or for them to come back to a 50-win pace, but why not shoot for the moon?

The Laker game is huge. Get off to a good start before changing time-zones.
Wolves will be interesting as they will have quite a different look and KAT is out to prove Butler was the problem.

I put 2-4, and that wont be easy. Knicks I feel ok about. Wizards should be ok. The rest are tough.
