Yep, these are the people we should give the same rights as someone who is actually a citizen of this country as well as giving them the same rights as a soldier that actually wears a uniform. The real fraud is that the current administration believes we can negotiate with such people.

So you agree that citizens of our country should still have rights, correct? Because the people who speak out against the Patriot Act, and other such actions that are supposedly to "fight terrorism", do so because those laws apply to all Americans, and have been used against American citizens.

I have no problem with any citizen speaking out against their government. If they choose to speak out against the Patriot Act, they're entitled to do so. US citizens have rights in this country.

However, I have a real problem with our rights being applied to non-citizens and enemy combatants.
