OT A bunch of angry posts moved from the main forum

Oregon Live was a shitfest. There was a few really bad posters that started crap every day. Towards the end there wasn't a lot of posters there and all but a few trolls had left. Cup still got in arguments almost daily (and yes I know your response will be that it wasn't your fault and I argued with people too, whatever). There was no personal interaction allowed. You couldn't message or tag anyone. When you say you just want somewhere to talk basketball that is utter bullshit man. You have too big of a personality to want to be an anonymous poster. I don't get it, it's the exact opposite of what you actually do here. Trust me, you don't want this place to be like that.

I've been on this forum for a year and a half. I now consider a bunch of posters in here real life friends. I've probably met roughly 30 people from here and I I don't think there has been a single person that I've disliked once I've met them. The personal touch is what makes this forum great. Granted it also leads to beefs like this too. It kind of pisses me off when someone contributing to the problems of the forum tries to act like it was fine before others show up.

A large reason was that the mods were some random people in NJ. Who didn’t give a Foyle and had no way of making the experience better, only worse.

At the risk of seemingly constantly praising him, Slypokerdog’s handle on this place for almost a decade has fostered a lot of growth, a lot of swag and and significant increase in the Blazer Fan experience.

Just ignore it and move on. Put them on ignore. Move on with your life. I've had people fuck me over and continue to talk shit about me. Letting them bother you means they are stuck in your head and winning. Eventually you don't give a shit what people think or say anymore. (I'm more there now than 10 years ago, but definitely still not close to perfect).

Hm, whos been trying to get people to meetup, whether it be a fantasy football draft (anyones invited), watch parties, pickup ball... its been me, @Orion Bailey, and a couple others. The tone was great for the past couple weeks. That was until HCP tried to stir up drama once again. Ive explained many times that it doesnt matter if its a joke or not. Dude needs to steer clear of taking shots at me regardless. He especially needs to watch what he says with me as there are a few things that I really don't like for personal reasons, and I told him so and he has since ramped it up.

There wouldnt be a fucking problem if HCP would refrain from talking shit (or making jokes) towards the people that he knows he shouldnt. Thats literally the only issue here.

I wanted to slip in a grievances category in the list and maybe I should have. Or a putting your phone down before you write that next text/post category. Emotions are pretty high in here right now and that's probably the worst time to get into specifics. I have four kids, I've maintained ex-wives and gotten relative to speak again, and on and on and on, and the one thing that can derail reconciliation (other than emotions) is specifics. Specifics just heighten everything. It might seem absurd but it really isn't.

This is 10 pages. I'm not reading it. I dunno where it got transferred from. I will say, fuck PapaG. That dude sucked hardcore and made this place a shit place to be. He also seemed to really get shitty after 6, 7ish. I think maybe he had a drinking problem. Would start drinking and talking shit.

Anyways...

Again, no idea what the hell is going on, but seeing those involved, can easily make a guess.
Never met @THE HCP , but would love to. He genuinely seems like a pretty cool guy to hang out with, and seems like a really good family man. He slings shit here a lot, yes. But if one looks at how well he takes the Mrs. chatter in stride and never complains, I dunno how one could get on him for dishing a little out.

Its really easy. I open up s2, Open up my Music Player of choice, on one screen then I have code editors opened in another screen, and sometimes I’ll used a 3rd screen for other work stuff.
