I believe the "lecture" was universally directed. ie, to him as much as to you. If you chose to take it personally, that's on you.

I didn't, but this post leads me to think you didn't really read my post you responded to. I stated that more often than not, when something should be directed to HCP, it is a universal direction to all, making it vague that it was meant for him as much as anyone else, but then others often get direct and personal lectures.


It sure would be nice if Mods are trying to direct something to him, then just do it like the mods do other people here. Dont make it vague. Make it clear and direct that his behavior at times is also wrong.

You do see how this vagueness he has used against others in the past(joking or not) havent you? Cause I have.

Not much point in going round and round on this as it is a severely beaten horse, but when the same tired games get played and the same vague lectures follow... yeah.. .its seems suspect....

I’m here cause I love basketball. I’ve never been on any other one of these forums ever. This is my lone experience of online interaction with others. I guess you can include twitter and Instagram in that maybe. This place and BBF before the great migration is it. Don’t get me wrong, I’ve made friends on here from the meet and greets and tours I’ve given. But I didn’t come on here to be friends with anybody. My life is too busy for my “real life” friends let alone you cyborgs. Was that the right term?

Public direct reprimands are rarely effective, and are generally counterproductive.

All right, I've tried to inject a little leg hump humor into this stupid thread, but it doesn't look like that's going to be enough to deflect some of you back to your senses. IMHO, the main problem around here is that some of you seem to lack the ability to sense when someone (HCP) is just fooling around and you take him seriously when that wasn't his intent. I pretty much assume that anything he's bullshitting in just about anything he posts and it works out about right most of the time. Return bullshit with bullshit. Gives me ample opportunities for the Mrs. HCP jokes.
