Native Americans?
our advantage is a magical idea that means nothing? because we have alot of immigrants means america is innovative? it really sounds like a load of shit, maybe you should run for office though, its a nice storyi mean are you saying that americans are born with the "innovation gene"?
are we even in the top 20 education wise anymore? because i would say that that would be more indicative of innovation than immigrants
Native Americans?

america - guts, hustle and faith
thatll save us
hustle and grit built america! and we still have it! sweat and steel and book learnin'! bed bath and beyond!Asian land bridge. That's why I don't call them "native" Americans.
It's cultural. We're a country unique in the world. Other than slaves, everyone else's ancestors came here looking for a better life.
Well, ok, Australia might be an exception, prisoners are neither slaves nor looking for a better life.

are you another one of these "we innovate because we are innovators!11!!" types?hustle and grit built america! and we still have it! sweat and steel and book learnin'! bed bath and beyond!
our "culture", which all of you high waisted types are so quick to spout about, is of welfare and lazyness, right?
you want it both ways? TOUGH.
i disagree with both obviously, your question is a double ended fist dildo
I can't figure out what you're arguing.
Do you disagree that America is and has been more innovative (yes, there are many different ways to quantify innovative) than the rest of the world?
Or, are you disagreeing with the statement that the innovation is a result of the combination of our university system and cultural system?
We got some german jews to build our rockets. The middle east invented zero and calculus along with the europeans. The list goes on, but you get the point. It depend on how recent you want to be with "innovative"
Damn... I didn't know America even existed when "zero and calculus" were invented. Clearly we should go back to a time period before America existed. Good point.
A majority of our concepts of liberty and freedom came from the french, did they not?
I'm dense. What's your point?
I'm dense. What's your point?
no! americans have grit and hustle! and it will alwas be this way because of our culture! :MARIS61:
america is good at marketing garbage that people dont need, to people who cant afford it, yay us
My point is that we depend on a lot of non-american things.
My point is that we depend on a lot of non-american things.
Yeah, those silly people don't need prescription drugs...
I have to cautiously agree with this, mostly because I haven't experienced other cultures.American culture sucks
How does that support or rebut the assertion that America leads the world with respect to innovation and technological advances?
I have to cautiously agree with this, mostly because I haven't experienced other cultures.
How can someone define "American Culture" besides being innovators (lol sounds like something straight from my mothers mouth)
In various categories within innovation of new medicines, the U.S. ranks 10th, 22nd, 4th, and 2nd-last among countries.
