Not.
Pithy.
Enough.
I still would trade Leonard, Williams and Weight for Asik in a second.
Please; there have been no positives in our wins either if you read the threads. Since driving off Mags and banning Blazer Fanatic, there's nothing approaching optimism in this forum. And now the "realists" are turning on each other, tripping each other up in a race to see who's the most pessimistic about the team, hoping they will be the first to accurately predict the obviously looming disaster.
There is no thought police that you don't already control.
Why did Blazer Fanatic get banned? I have seen that SN before and wonder if it's the same person?
In regards to the latest opinions expressed here, I guess their is not such thing as a positive poster, a negative poster, and a realist as they are all subjective depending on others points of views and how they want to react to it. While I can't speak for everyone and I also recognize that my opinions are completely subjective, I have noticed that on other boards such as Oregonlive, RealGM, Portland Blazer Talk, and here that overall, posters attitudes and emotions are directly related to how the team is currently doing. Currently, we are not winning those close games that we were winning early on in the season.
I know that we stare at a white screen with red boarders that have pictures beside our fake names but we have to admit that we have all different types of people from different make ups as well a different age groups and experiences. It always amazes me when some one poster feels disrespected when they read another posters opinion on a matter and then they go on to actually commit multiple acts of disrespect to that poster. Doesn't it really just come down to a lack of respect for others? Would we really exist as a democratic nation if we did not have different points of views and opinions? Most of the time, I try to find the truth in what a persons opinion is and then work from there. I have zero problems not agreeing with a person but I do expect others to respect others as people.

Edit - I posted this emoticon, because it's what NB3 does, and it's not considered trolling.
Interesting that you write a lot like BF does...hmmmm? Welcome back! Why did Blazer Fanatic get banned? I have seen that SN before and wonder if it's the same person?

I kid I kidI considered Blazer Fanatic an extremely intelligent person and poster with a lot of good takes. B.F. was a skilled writer. She/he was either a fanatically positive fan or a brilliant troll. I liked her/him. Unfortunately, she/he was genetically incapable of posting without insulting others, an art to which B.F. has no equal I've ever seen. And that's the one rule here: no personal attacks. Why did Blazer Fanatic get banned? I have seen that SN before and wonder if it's the same person?

She was certainly skilled and yes, she would insult anyone that didn't 100% agree with her. At least that's my opinion formed of when she would go on the ESPN blog. She was so pro-blazers and she would essentially echo anything coming out of One Center court that at one point I actually thought she worked for them. I did notice that she posted on the blazer message board ALOT.
