I'll ignore your revisionist reporting of what I watched with my own eyes and answer the only legitimate question in your post.

Yes I am in favor of a government shutdown. In reality, we're talking about a 25% cutback in spending as by law 75% of the government cannot be shutdown. What can be shutdown is mostly frivolous and wasteful graft and do-nothing positions.

I am in favor of shutting down the government until the entire wall is fully funded and it's completion is mandated into law.

I'm okay with it staying shutdown permanently after that, also. It's really the only realistic way to make a tiny dent in the debt Obama/Bush gave us.

Yes, he said that. But it isn't true. Republicans aren't interested in voting for the wall any more than Democrats are. That's why it hasn't been funded despite it being a top Trump priority for the past 2 years.
