You'll always have mental health issues. Since we've got terrible issues with providing health, including mental health, for the common man, we're going to have to look at other ways of providing some sense of security for those of us who go out into the public from time to time.

I guess criminals have easy enough access that they can provide plenty of weapons to Mexico's cartels.
