He had tons of time

He wants a shot at a national title and his degree. Returning 9 starters on offense and 7 on defense doesn't hurt, either.
He can get his degree any time.
Just my opinion. I think if guys are slated that high, you should always go.
No back set on 1st and 10 from the 11? Huh wut?
With the rookie scale slotted now, an insurance policy for $20m is almost as good, though. That's why players get the NFL evals even if they leave. It sets the limit on their insurance policy.
I don't worry about career threatening injury. I think that gets overblown. How often does it really happen. I just think if you are very likely a #1 pick, you should take advantage of that. nowhere to go but down. And next year, he'll be coming out(likely) with Winston as the top QB available, and a host of other decent QBs. I think he's easily picked this year over Bridgewater and co.
sucks settling for 3, but still nice to get points on the board there
Among QBs I think Bridgewater has as much chance to go #3 as #1--JAX media guys are saying that they like Bortles over Bridgewater right now.

big stop for seattle there, chance to tie it up before the half
It feels like Seattle is getting blown out, then you look at the scoreboard, and it's right there for them. This 49er defense reminds me of the dominant Raven defense of 2000, though, with the way they're playing lately.
Russell Wilson looks like Doug Flutie right now, and that's not a good thing.
Flutie couldn't run like Wilson.

Fat Pants Harbaugh makes me laugh every time I see him freaking out on the sideline.
Pleated pants.
Did Troy Aikman play for the 49ers and I not know about it? He's basically a cheerleader for SF this game. It's obvious to me as an objective fan.
SF's defense is beating up Seattle.
