The Coleman campaign challenged this, for example:
I think that challenge is exactly and precisely as ludicrous as the one Franken made in the case cited by the original post. I'm sure both will be rejected. But both candidate's lawyers are pursuing the same strategy here.
And through Day 1 of the recount, Coleman has challenged 115 votes vs 103 for Franken.
