CLEVELAND – After the Portland Trail Blazers 119-116 win over the Cleveland Cavaliers on Tuesday night, LaMarcus Aldridge underwent a fluoroscopy scan on his bothersome right hand.
The results came back negative for a fracture and CSNNW.com is told that the scan was simply a precautionary procedure. Fluoroscopy is a form of an X-ray that provides real time moving images of the internal structure of a person.
Aldridge, I’m told, has been experiencing minor pain in his right hand over the last few weeks, but he has done an excellent job in hiding it considering he is a back-to-back Western Conference Player of the Week honoree.
The two-time All-Star isn’t expected to miss any time due to this lingering injury.
