^^^^ Yaws was actually there when I was real young. My parents used to take us down there a lot! There is a McDonald's there now, right down the street from Grant High School in Hollywood!
 
The new ZGF tower is a huge presence in this neighborhood. I love this picture.

It'll be home to the new ($20m) Broadway Recover Center.​
 
I liked that Burger King! used to always piss there when we used to cruise broadway!

SoWa's new high-rise retirement tower is nearly completed with 90% of the units already reserved.​

Love it or hate it the new design is still better than what's sitting there now.​

EDIT: Protective grass? Federal building and all. What?
