And it's not just the tram. South Waterfront certainly had government involvement. Saturday Market got a new home, with government involvement. The pile of zoo bomber bikes are tolerated by the government, they wouldn't be in other places. The light rail lines were government-created. The eastbank esplanade was government created. The Made in Oregon sign was preserved with government involvement.

Exactly. If Hillsboro can block a Walmart from being built off Cornelius Pass, how does a Target make it downtown? Again, gross!!
