God I miss summer. Can't wait for it's return. Nothing like summer in the NW.

I agree. I've spent summers in the Mid-West, South West, California, etc., and Oregon's summer climate is second to none. Consistent temps of 75-85 with minimal humidity throughout the entire summer months.
 
The lot next to the Ladd Tower potentially could be home to the Portland's next tallest tower in the future

Hope they keep the gritty soul in that place and don't turn it into a typical yank grey cement/green seat stadium with a million umbrella-ed tables for people who don't even want to be there.

In short, hoping it looks like something in Portland that's been there for 60 years and not a new stadium in Hillsboro.

I don't think it'll turn into a cookie cutter renovation. I do like the modern additions like the canopy and HD screen in the corner, though.
