When Scoot is running the show I think it'll go up from the once a night we've seen up to now.

Scoot's been preparing his whole life! I bet he can't wait either.

This is summer league after he blew past Amen Thompson (who fouled him on the shoulder, not called) and scored at the hoop. Most of the defense around him.

Now I can also see Tari Eason's hand on Scoot's hand. Hadn't seen that before.

So he's being fouled maybe twice (if Eason got more than the hand) simultaenously and still scored.

Scoot is going to be hella hard to stop in The League. Especially against regular-season defenses.

If Scoot doesn't start from Day 1, Billups will show another level of incompetence.

If he learned anything from last season (questionable) it's that Dame and Simons don't work together, not compared to Sharpe and Dame. Scoot and Dame should be even better.
 
Howard Beck might have written the first national profile of Scoot Henderson right at the beginning of his first season with G League Ignite. (according to Sean Highkin).
Howard spent time with Scoot's family and at their gym in Marietta, Georgia.

Remember that on YouTube you can control the speed of the video from 0.25 to 2 times which is great for long podcasts like this one.

We gave the Simons / Lillard backcourt a chance last season.
It didn't work, and I'm not even considering the defense.
On offense, you have two small guards with poor court-vision walking the ball up the court.

Lillard and Simons is the worst guard pairing, and anyone who suggests starting them together, with all the other options available, should be relieved of their coaching duties.

If Lillard, Scoot, Sharpe and Simons were all free agents, Simons would get the smallest contract.

Are you seriously demanding starting Simons over Scoot because his 2nd contract is more than the #3 pick's rookie salary?

Yeah, Scoot should start and our lineup should be Dame, Scoot, Simons, Shaedon and Grant, and the other team will outrebound us by about a bazillion to one.

Yeah, but substitute another 6'3" guard for Grant and the rebounding will improve dramatically.
