For example
"Man I love receiving anal sex. And I truly love my life partner Steve. I feel sorry for Christian men, they really don't know what they are missing out on! How could anyone give that up?!"

I'm talking food choices, here. I think you're comparing apples and orifices.

See a lot of dead vegans lying around?

Anyhow, if you want the truth about vegans, ask MARIS61. The aliens who abducted him were from vega.

What is the point of that question?

I've never seen dead people of any sort lying around.

But yes, vegans do die.

No one would argue vegans don't die.

BTW, Consumer Reports on their back page has a feature called Selling It, on various bloopers. Including a product called Campagne Forestier, Pork Free pate. The first two ingredients are pork and pork liver. Oi vey.

I'm not a vegan, but I've read a lot about nutrition over the years.

I've never seen any study that shows a proper vegan diet is unhealthy, nor have I seen that animal products are a requirement for a healthy diet.

The downsides of animal products are numerous. Including cholesterol, unhealthy levels of "bad" (saturated) fats, and is linked to various types of cancer.

I rarely eat red meat anymore, fwiw. Fish, turkey, lean pork, and chicken are my main sources of protein. If I wanted to skip meat, I'd be pretty happy eating beans instead.

I'm eating lunch - salad (mostly from my garden) and vegetarian, but not vegan, pizza that I made. Made the whole wheat crust too.

There are plenty of meat eaters who do not eat bacon. Jews, Muslims, Seventh Day Adventists. And some who eat only poultry or fish, no red meat. Not to mention people concerned about saturated fat!
More pork for me! Yay!

Actually I think the lady is just more polite.

While most vegans have lower blood pressure, cholesterol and LDL levels than meat-eaters, many vegans have vitamin B 12 deficiencies, calcium deficiencies, anemia, lower bone density and elevated homocysteine levels--which can lead to other serious health issues. Infants of mothers who lacked vitamin B12 while they were pregnant or nursing can suffer from lasting negative health effects.

All the result of improper diet. For example:

3 cups of calcium fortified orange juice is > 100% recommended daily allowance for calcium.

1 cup of soy milk contains 50% of the RDA for B12.

etc.

Where does the calcium used to fortify the orange juice come from, if not from animal products?

Calcium is the chemical element with symbol Ca and atomic number 20. Calcium is a soft gray alkaline earth metal, and is the fifth-most-abundant element by mass in the Earth's crust. Calcium is also the fifth-most-abundant dissolved ion in seawater by both molarity and mass, after sodium, chloride, magnesium, and sulfate.[2]

Aren't most calcium supplements made with calcium carbonate? Doesn't that generally come from limestone deposits that used to be coral reefs?

I have a serious question: Is cow cheese "all" that bad for you? I'm seriously addicted to it.

How do you generally eat it? Grilled Cheese, quesadilla, cheese and crackers.

My favorite cheese is cheese curds from the Tillamook Cheese Factory. Theres a seafood place over on Hawthorne that does a deep fried cheese curd that is absolutely delicious.
