Hate Crime classifications are bullshit. A crime is a crime. I don't think the intent should make it more severe.

Tucker just talked about this on his show today. I totally see where you two are coming from, basically why continue to enforce the classification/separation of races. A crime is a crime. I am not sure how I feel about this. I think racism related crimes should be punished harshly.... IDK. But it's a good topic to discuss, IMO.

Hate crime is a federal crime. So it is a tactic for the Federal government to usurp control of law enforcement from the states. Now when it happens because of Black on White crime, we don't have much of a track record to judge just what that means. Perhaps we find out.

I think there should be a higher level of crime, for crime were committed out of pure sadism, or against a person that had not provoked it in any way. In this case, it should be a "hate" crime regardless of whether it had anything to do with race, because it was just so horrendous, picking out a random person and torturing them. I know that's not exactly what the law is about though, so I agree that it is stupid in that way.

This CNN article says that it originally was not a kidnapping. The victim and one perps, Jordan Hill knew each other, and the victims parents drove him to a McDonald's to meet Hill so they could hang out for new years. I know a lot of mentally handicap people are very trusting and eager for friends, so I bet they lured him just so they could fuck with him.

He was able to get away because those 4 morons charged into a neighbors apartment who had called the police on them.

Outrageous is the wrong adjective to use when describing what these HUMANS did. (Those referring to them as animals might as well just call them niggers. Also, using chopped up black children as gator bait is pretty animal like but no HUMANS did that too. I won't call them animals.) I honestly can't find an adjective to describe how deplorable their actions word. It makes me very sad to think about the child being abused being mine. I hope they get everything that's coming to them.
