I attempted to add a white border, but it didn't show up...

1. Make a new layer.2. Hold : Ctrl + A3. Edit > Stroke > Select White as your color > put in 5 pixels > press ok.4. Make a new layer.5. Edit > stroke > select black > put in 1 pixel > press ok.thats all there is to it.

I finally got it, I don't know what about your post made me do it, but it was set to "outside" and needed to be set to "inside".Adding it now.
