I believe we can incorporate the 5v5 concept of the pinwheel within the stripes.

How about a warped version of the pinwheel itself at a slant? Like looking at it through a house of mirrors type fun house mirror. I like where you are going but i dont like the corners of the one you referenced. Too jagged.

I think the red alt uniform (this years new one) is much better than last years. The contrasting colors of red and white is more aesthetically pleasing than the red and black.

The black stripes were better, ONLY because it wasn't just a single stripe. But they looked like a tire track.

I believe they didnt wear the new ones because of colorblind people who would have issues with it.

I know your opinions on the NFL but I believe they had some bad PR from having teams wear Green / Red jerseys on a thursday night game a couple years ago and a number of people couldnt make out who was who.

The new jersey in ripcity red....it would be so much better if the stripe were white...the black stripe looks too much like a skid mark on an otherwise clean jersey...my 2 cents....or make the ripcity black to match...I like the white lettering on the red jersey..an untilted white pinwheel would work too

If I had to rank our current uniforms.

1. Statement Red. I like the all red with a touch of black. The biofreeze patch blends in pretty well too.

2. White. Looks good at home. Looks good on the road.

3. Black. A classic recipe. Only reason it’s not higher is because I hate when it’s worn at home. These are actually the best ones to wear as a fan.

4. Rip city red. kind of boring and I don’t like the white lettering.

5. Rip city black. I actually like these more than the rip city reds, but I’m putting them last anyway just out of principle for replacing the plaids last year, which were my favorite.
