Another great option for us being shopped

lol. JR Smith is a mixed bag chucker.

Your options to help the team are downright awful. Go back to the drawing board Mixie Boy.

JR Smith as a Blazer? So where does he fit in exactly? Point guard? Fighting for minutes between Matthews and Roy? Trade Matthews for him instead?

A 2 guard that shoots under 40% from the field? I'm good with what we have.

yep rudy has been great. so has batum. we are fine.

I hope JR Smith stays with Denver in a "I want that guy in the NW division, but not on the Blazers" way.

He is the definition of a streak shooter with no conscience.

I think I am with Mixum on this one. Rudy is downright awful.
JR in the month of November, 21.6 minutes per game, shooting FG 37-93 39.8% 15-35 42.9% for 3pt land, averaging 10.4 points per game.
RF in the month of November, 19.0 minutes per game, shooting FG 28-80 35.0% 19-61 31.1% for 3pt land, averaging 7.4 points per game.

For the month of December:
JR in the month of December, 24.6 minutes per game, shooting FG 38-90 42.2% 16-35 45.7% for 3pt land, averaging 13.8 points per game (8 games).
RF in the month of December 14.9 minutes per game, shooting FG 13-41 31.7% 10-29 34.5% for 3pt land, averaging 5.3 points per game (8 games).

If JR Smith is the answer the question must be "How can we possibly make this season suck way more then it does right now?".

That dude will knucklehead you right out of games.

No thanks.

The question's not "is JR better than Rudy" the question "is JR the answer for this team". We know the guy has unlimited range. But the Blazer's next few moves are important. I think for Cho to trade for JR would be a very short term fix. Are the Blazers going to benefit from a short term fix right now? Isn't he a free agent next year? Who do you trade for JR? 3 bench players? He makes 6 million a year.
