That doesn't help me, I mean what do I do go through the whole roster from that time looking for any players that were hitting 175?
lol, just know my greatest accomplishment came b4 i was a pro.. also beatin out 2 #1 SS in MLB draft, and 1 was a #1 twice in draft, 2b the everyday SS at school, pizzed alot of players off along the way cause i could give a shite about the game at that point.... politics of the game were a turn off to me
had i signed right out of HS my chances of makin it to the show would have been much greater... playing mostly as a backup 1 year the SS was traded towards end of year, i played consistenly for 2 weeks, during that time i was 5 for 9, 2 dingers, and as a result of that play, got invited to instructional ball.. where i could not have played better.. i always excelled when i played with better competition... faced henneman, ripped him for a base knock my only appearance against him, played with all the future bigges and held my own... then came the week of the winter meetings when all the brass was in town.. i could not have put on a better performance.... was like 9 for 15 at the plate, and made every stellar play in the field, was thinkin 40 man roster come spring, you play like that infront of the entire org, no less the AAA, anyway it did not work out that way, i was on AA roster and by time ST ended i was back in high A.....

nice try 59, you questioned me about what league intstructional ball was in, i mistakenly said to you at the time ' i think it was the cactus league, turns out it was the grapefruit league!! , wow, what did you prove i'm not the brightest bulb, NO F N KIDDING , u happy?... do u really think players know or give a shite about what they call a division or the name of the league we play in? give it a rest already.. and the funny thing was at the time we sort of shared a laugh cause it turns out i played in both, cubs arizona "cactus league", twins, florida, twins instructional ball, tampa, and we used the phillies facilty cause pohlad was to cheap to have a stadium built.
and u need to read my post again, had i signed!!!! HAD I SIGNED!!! i was drafted by 3 orgs and signed as a free agent cause i had turned down so many teams they thought i didn't want tp play, was all state everything in every state i played in college high school whatever!!! and what does it matter now????
let me ask you a question, what kind insight do you think you would get if u had a player like cano on here????? stop your nonsense about 1'z ignorance about the facets of the game... so u know how to articulate the game better then someone who played it... big F N DEAL!! go treat yourself to a happy meal!!! My GOODNESS

...BS, ... no player, NO PLAYER forgets what league he played in and NO PLAYER forgets what his career BA was. And now you're trying to pass yourself off as an offensive force when we both know the truth.
...and the only people who were "having a laugh" were the ones laughing at you for getting caught in a lie...fortunately for you, the old espn boards are closed. Otherwise, I'd expose you once again for the fraud that you are.
...would I bet what, poser?
...quit speaking in tongues and say wtf you mean.

The only fraud I know on these boards, names himself after a limp noodle....
59, Hey I remember seeing you play in the early 1900s. Your Ty Cobb, Right....I knew it, you Georgia peaches can run but not hide....It's an honor to be in your midst....
Signed-Bill Dickey.....!!!
