Lying to the FBI is a crime. Flynn did it, as we have known for almost a year.

Ordering a future National Security Advisor to establish communications with another country is not only obviously legal, it is absolutely necessary. So the fact that KT McFarland supposedly ordered Flynn (who is now an admitted liar under oath and desperately willing to repeat any lie Mueller orders him to in order to protect his son from prosecution) to contact them merely indicates a basic function of a highly effective transition team.

Ironically, CNN's go-to guy when they need a former Intelligence Head for Fake News is widely-acknowledged to have committed perjury under oath to Congress and eventually admitted under oath to have illegally spied on Real Americans under direct (illegal) orders from Obama.
