Exactly. That young players only develop with minutes on the floor in actual games is nonsense... heck, I don't even think thats the primary reason young players develop. Shaedon is getting plenty of floor time and I'm sure they're working with him in practice and individually extensively. The subconscious mind has to wrap itself around all the new info to integrate it so the player can just react instead of think/process. Thats why players so often take a big step forward year 2.
