really never had cable at parents home growing up. sometimes we did but generally not. didn't really miss much.

For the record, Antenna TV is a network that broadcasts "oldies" such as LITB, Twilight Zone, Father Knows Best, Bonanza, The Bachelor, Alfred Hitchcock, and many. many others...

I don't think you can get it on cable/satellite. Hence, the name.

Do your parents or GF have Comcast? You can log on to Comcast's website with their user/account name and password and watch most everything from cable TV on your computer.

You still using only a laptop? You should be able to buy a cable and hook your laptop to the TV so you can watch internet cable on the TV and still chat on the laptop with all of your lady friends.

You'll need to get a Comcast bill from them, enter their account number, set up a Comcast account if they haven't already done so. Do your parents pay their Comcast bill by mail or online? If online they already have an online Comcast account. If they pay the bill via mail you will have to set an account up.
