I don't have time to watch it but if it is the cubs thing....they should have designed the seats so that can't happen, just like when a fan falls off a balcony and dies. Entirely the fault of the designers.
They spent 7 million to remodel a mall in Henderson NV and the railings keeping you from falling 30 feet to your death are still about 3 feet high. Just insane that they built a mall like that. If you were walking near and fainted it would be easy to go over. Especially if you are over 6 feet tall.
